This high quality GP cabinet has deeper drawers, allowing it to take A4 media as well as Lloyd George medical records (5” x 7”). A medical records storage cabinet solely for Lloyd George medical records (with shallower drawers) is also available.
Drawers are partitioned for storage of Lloyd George GP patient notes by way of U-shaped dividers. The cabinet accepts A4 media stored landscape, this with L-shaped dividers.
With this medical records storage cabinet for Lloyd George and A4 media, the drawers are 10¾” in height. Standard cabinet configurations are 3-drawer, 4-drawer and 5-drawer. Other variants are available. Bespoke sizes and heights may be manufactured according to requirements.
The NHS GP medical records storage cabinets are designed and made in Britain. The cabinets are constructed from high-quality sheet steel, with the front, back and sides manufactured using double thickness steel to provide rigidity. Additional rigidity is provided by a centre-welded partition between the front and back of each drawer.
The cabinet illustrated has an aluminium silver frame with light grey drawer fronts.

For additional storage space, a top cabinet or cupboard is available for this medical records storage cabinet.
The top cabinet consists of two drawers and stores Lloyd George record cards. Unlike the main unit, the top cabinet does not hold A4 media.
The top cupboard is for general storage. It is fitted with two lockable doors and one adjustable shelf.
For safety, the top unit must be bolted to the medical records storage cabinet.
Due to the additional height of the top cabinet or top cupboard, a couch step may be a useful accessory.

All our medical, media and general purpose cabinets are subject to delivery charges.
Once the product has been manufactured it is placed on a pallet and collected by a courier for next working day door to door delivery.
N.B The item should be checked carefully by the customer, prior to the courier leaving the premises to ensure no damage has occurred during transit. It is then the responsibility of the customer to move and place where required. Generally there is a charge of between £55.00 and £75.00 + Vat per cabinet irrespective of the number of drawers. Please note however, there maybe variations on this price depending on the destination. Lead times for this service is generally 10-20 working days.
A more personal service is also offered where the cabinet will be installed to a ground floor location and unpacked if required. For this service the following minimum prices apply to our medical records storage cabinets with 1-5 drawers.
£75.00 + Vat for one, £140.00 + Vat for two and £200.00 + Vat for 3 providing delivery is to the same address and delivered at the same time.
